Trail Closure: (Updated 4/30/26):

    • MM 14.12 ANTHONY - MM 29.64 HORROCK  has reopened. On May 4, the Trail closes from MM 29.64 HORROCK to MM 38.48 BEARD ROAD.   We ask that everyone be respectful and allow the contractor to work without interruption.  

    • The Greenbrier River Trail will undergo a significant bridge redecking project over the next two years(The contractor has until November 2027 to complete). The project was started in February 2026, at MM 5.55 of the Trail, and the contractor is working NORTH towards Cass. As work progresses, certain sections of the Trail will be inaccessible to users. Up-to-date information will be posted here as the project advances. We ask for your patience and understanding as we complete this important infrastructure improvement. The redecking project will enhance the safety and longevity of the Trail for all users. As soon as we have more information, we will post it here. 

    • MM9.5 and at MM28.5: Water pumps are not working yet for the season (4/30/26)

    • MM20.5: Bathroom destroyed by a tree fall (6/23/2025)
