GRT Caldwell to Hopper Reopened by Midsummer 2023

Lewisburg City Council recently announced the Caldwell to Hopper section of the Greenbrier River Trail will re-open to the public by midsummer 2023.  Construction on the GRT for the water pipeline project is ahead of schedule! But, City Manager Misty Hill stated that there is still much to be done. The summer reopening date is more than six months sooner than the original accelerated date of February 2024.
